Our secret of success
State-of-the-art technologies only contribute a fraction to Lattner’s great success. Our great growth is essentially based on highly trained employees and their commitment. The company currently employs around 90 people. We offer training in the field of metal technology to young people; three apprentices are currently working in the company.

Together we work on the company’s success. Flat hierarchies, a collegial and friendly working atmosphere and respect – these are the principles of employee management. This concept works, as you can see from the loyal, motivated workforce. In the new building, a spacious break room with an outdoor area was created for the Lattner team, which is used for relaxation and is intended to express our appreciation for our employees.
